one bedroom $139/night* (weekly rate $875) + $35 cleaning fee

two bedroom $159/night* (weekly rate $1065) + $45 cleaning fee

* (3 night minimum stay)

+ 9% Maine Lodging Tax and applicable fees + $100 security deposit. 50% reservation deposit at time of booking
